We are a full-service short-midterm rental housing provider that partner with Residential and Commercial Landlords in multicities with our leasing partnership agreements. Guaranteed rent paid, with fewer tenants to worry about.
Our main guests are corporate employees, travel nurses, and families for work and leisure.
We manage every Short - Mid Term Rental with the upmost care, customer service, and management as if it was our home.

Noice Detector devices installed in every unit to measure the decibel of noise. If exceeds a certain level, we are alerted.
Smart Locks installed at each door, with a new code generated each time a new guest checks in, with the old one deleting.
